The WILA ATC concept combines the ToolGripper, compatible high-precision tooling and smart storage solutions and is designed to elevate automated tool change to a new level of efficiency.

WILA ToolGripper

Compatible with WILA NS ATC tools
New Standard Premium top and bottom tools
Optionally, the Safety-Click can be operated from the back, or from both sides
Optionally, the tools can be picked up by the WILA ToolGripper from the back side, or from both sides
When configured as a dual unit, the ToolGripper handles tools up to a length of 515mm
The addition of Safety-Click position detection allows for greater process control
